The Rooms
You won't find a bunch of doilies in the rooms. They have more of a hill country rustic feel. Every room has an LCD TV, DVD player, wireless internet and a great porch to unwind on.
The Grounds
Our 88 acre grounds in the Texas hill country offer miles of hiking and biking trails to explore. A great pool to hang out by and great views that will help your forget about the stresses in your daily life.
The Food
Your stay includes a great 3 course dinner and full hot breakfast, so there is no need to worry about where to get your next meal. By request, our chef can also prepare you lunch or you can head out to Salt Lick BBQ which is a short drive from the Inn. One group of guys that comes annually has us make them chicken wings as a late night snack. There isn't much we can't do in the way of food. The Activities
The Inn Above Onion Creek is located close to great hill country activities. You could take a float down the Blanco, San Marcos or Guadalupe Rivers either in a tube or with a fishing guide. Davis Fly Fishing Service offers private float down the hill country rivers. For the thrill seekers there is Wimberley Zipline Adventures. Spend a couple of hours flying high above the hill country on 8 different ziplines. Thunderhill Raceway in Kyle is great for race fans.
